Lessons · from age 6
Piano Lessons in Dresden.
On the piano you play melody and accompaniment at the same time – which is why you understand especially quickly how music is built. It is the classic among instruments and an ideal place to start.
In piano lessons at TS | Talent School in Dresden, you learn technique, reading music and chords – from sheet music, by ear or with chord symbols as in pop music, just as you prefer.
Bach, film music, jazz or your favourite song: we choose pieces that match your taste and level – for children, teenagers and adults, and for returners too.

How it works
How your piano lessons work at our school.
From your first lesson to your own style – step by step and at your own pace.
Your first lessons
Sitting position, relaxed hands and finding your way around the keys. You play first melodies with both hands and learn where C is and how notes work.
Over time
Both hands independently, scales, chords and accompaniment patterns. Play from sheet music, from chord symbols or improvise – from classical to jazz.
For children and adults
Children learn notes and rhythm in a playful way. Adults often choose their favourite pieces, such as film music or pop songs, and build technique from there.
Practising at home
To begin with, a digital piano with 88 weighted keys is enough at home. Practise briefly and regularly rather than rarely and long.
